Our operations, choices, and daily activities are strongly guided by our company’s values: responsibility, safety, and community.
We want our operations to contribute to building a more sustainable future so that we can ensure good living conditions for future generations.
In order for our operations to be sustainable, we must continue to develop our services using responsible and far-reaching methods.

Environmentally friendly services

Our company has a fleet of around 100 buses, the majority of which – and all of our charter buses – meet Euro5 and Euro6 emissions standards, which are the cleanest possible.
We actively upgrade our fleet, and eco-friendly solutions play a key role in our decision-making.
All of our buses, small or large, use driving behaviour programs to monitor our drivers and encourage eco-friendly driving. We also reward the most successful drivers!

We take care of our staff

The wellbeing of a company’s staff ensures the wellbeing of the company itself.

In order to guarantee the safety and expertise of our operations, we ensure that our staff receive the necessary professional qualifications and training.
Safety is priority number one in our industry; we provide staff with orientation and training on safe work and the use of any work and auxiliary equipment.
In addition to comprehensive occupational healthcare, we also offer our staff leisure-time exercise services to support their wellbeing!

It is also important for us to know how our approx. 130 members of staff are doing, and how they’re enjoying the ride at work – and that’s why we regularly carry out a job satisfaction survey twice per year. Based on feedback, we aim to systematically develop procedures to ensure that we are and remain a desirable company to work for!

Collaboration & partnerships

We select responsible partners for both our travel services and our internal procurements. Our procurement process favours centralising procurements and we are always happy to use operators who are local or in our area of operations whenever possible.  

We collaborate with vocational schools in the area, and offer work experience and apprenticeships to interested students in several municipalities. We want to do our part to encourage positive development and attraction to the industry. For many, work experience with us has led to an employment contract!

We are partners in local events, and support sports clubs/children’s and young people’s sports with various sponsorship and collaboration contracts every year.
